Nagpur Aquatech (P) Ltd presents the new generation Water Softeners – ENCEE SOFT.
The unique ENCEE SOFT with its single valve operation offers the following advantages:
- Three positions of the multiport valve take the ENCEE SOFT from Service to Regeneration
- The Unique brine director in the brine tank automatically directs the brine solution for regeneration
- The rugged high strength corrosion free multiport valve is easy to maintain. Just Loosening of the six screws on the flanged cover gives complete access to the internals.
How it works: SERVICE: Water enters the unit from the bottom and is passed upward through the resin bed which contains ion exchange resin.
REGENERATION: When the resin bed is exhausted, the auto brine preparation facility ensures ready Availability of the brine solution in the desired volume and concentration
RINSE: Regeneration is finally followed by a slow rinse and fast rinse cycle. After this sequence the unit is read for the next service cycle.
Operating simplicity and resulting benefits:
- Single valve operation as compared to the six valves in a conventional softener
- Each operating step is clearly marked on the valve, thereby eliminating chances of
error in the operating sequence
- The single valve assembly, with its simplified frontal piping, is very easy to install
- The fewer moving parts result in very low maintenance requirements
- The brine platform and mesh assembly filters the dirty brine solution, thus ensuring
that the resin does not get choked.
