ENCEE CHLOR INSTALLED FOR MUNICIPAL DRINKING WATER SUPPLY


ENCEE CHLOR systems have been highly successful for Municipal Water Disinfection. Raigarh Municipal Corporation, C.G. has installed ENCEE CHLOR system for water disinfection. The entire water being supplied to Raigarh city is being disinfected by ENCEE CHLOR which has replaced the conventional and ineffective chlorination method of use of bleaching powder. There were consistent problems with the use of bleaching powder because of inconsistency in getting the desired amount of residual chlorine at the user end. However after shifting to ENCEE CHLOR systems the desired levels of residual chlorine are maintained consistently. At the same time this system has resulted in substantial cost savings as compared to the earlier use of bleaching powder.

 

Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has adopted this system for providing Booster Chlorination at one of their water supply stations. As water travels across the long distribution network, the content of chlorine which is being added at the WTP reduces with the distance travelled by water. Hence to ensure that the end user gets the desired level of residual chlorine PMC has chosen ENCEE CHLOR for providing this booster dose of chlorine.
